It is a New Year and we all start with the best of intentions. Now it is mid January and this is exactly when our best intentions fall apart. Rather than give you a list of challenges or behavior changes I am going to suggest you track your spending for 2 weeks. Keep every single receipt. It is the only true way to understand how you spend and where you can find places to improve. You might be surprised at just how much you spend on coffee or gas even. I find if you change just one small thing you will feel you have succeeded in making progress.
